alex-novai.com and the Pinterest account @alexnovaofficial are operated by GBA, Global Business Agency (Pagliuca), 14 chemin des Ronzeures, 1297 Founex (Vaud), Switzerland. Contact: info@my-gba.com.

Data we collect. Only what you send through the contact form (name, email, message), used solely to reply to you, and standard server logs kept by our host Infomaniak (Switzerland) for security. We use no analytics and no targeted advertising.

Affiliate links. Some links lead to partners (such as Lastminute via AWIN, or Viator for tours and activities), which may set their own cookies on their own websites under their own privacy policies.

Activity photos. Under some articles, the photos in the “Things to do” block are loaded directly from Viator’s servers (Tripadvisor group). As with any image hosted elsewhere, your IP address is sent to them. These images set no cookies and we do not use them for any tracking.

Pinterest API. We use the Pinterest API only to manage our own account @alexnovaofficial: creating our own Pins on our own boards, updating their destination links, and reading the analytics of our own Pins. We do not collect, store or share any data about other Pinterest users. Access tokens are stored securely on our own server and never shared.

Retention and your rights. Contact messages are kept for up to 12 months. Under the Swiss FADP and the EU GDPR you may ask to access, correct or delete your data by writing to info@my-gba.com. We reply within 30 days.

Governing law. This policy is governed by Swiss law. Place of jurisdiction: Nyon (Vaud, Switzerland).

Cookies. This site uses no advertising cookies, no audience tracking and no social media trackers. Only essential technical elements are used (for example to secure the contact form). Your choice in the cookie banner is kept in your browser, on your device, and you can change it at any time with the “Cookie settings” link at the bottom of every page. Partner sites reached through affiliate links (such as Lastminute) may set their own cookies once you are on their site.
