Our commitment
GBA Global Business Agency wants alex-novai.com to be usable by everyone, including people with disabilities. The site aims to conform to level AA of the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG 2.2), the level required by the Swiss eCH-0059 standard, the Swiss Disability Discrimination Act (DDA/LHand) and, in the European Union, the EN 301 549 standard and the European Accessibility Act.
Conformance status
The site is partially conformant with WCAG 2.2 level AA: the vast majority of criteria are met, with the exceptions listed below.
What we have put in place
- A “Skip to content” link at the top of every page and a clear heading structure.
- Navigation that works fully with a keyboard, with a clearly visible focus indicator; the Escape key closes the mobile menu and the image viewer.
- Text colour contrast of at least 4.5:1.
- Alternative text for informative images.
- Respect for your device’s “reduce motion” setting, and a button to pause the scrolling city names.
- French and English captions for the spoken video in the portfolio; the other videos only contain music.
- Pages that stay readable at 200% zoom and on small screens, without horizontal scrolling.
- The language of each page is declared, and each page has a French and an English version.
- Forms where every field has a label.
Content that is not yet accessible
- The portfolio videos have no audio description. A text description is provided under each video.
- Older travel articles may contain images with incomplete descriptions. We fix them as we update the articles.
- Partner sites reached through affiliate links (for example Lastminute) are not under our control.

Assessment method
This statement is based on a self-assessment carried out on November 1, 2026: contrast checks, keyboard navigation, page structure for screen readers (headings, labels, roles) and mobile checks.
